How do you consistently achieve 10,000 steps per day as a fitness goal?
Try and do 5000 each morning, preferably outdoors or alternatively on a treadmill before leaving home.

Most people will accumulate 2000 -5000 steps per day depending on their occupation. That means that you only have a few thousand steps or less to reach 10,000…and the best time to do that is around 30 minutes after dinner.

I know this won’t suit everyone, particularly those that are struggling to get kids off to school, etc. But, if you can manage it, give it a go and you’ll be surprised how much easier it is to increase your activity level and reap the corresponding health benefits.
